Hi, thanks for this article. It is so helpful for late diagnosed ADHD women to know why their lives have often been so difficult and they’ve been misunderstood - it’s never too late to hear this. I’m also a therapist, working mainly with adult ADHD, which I have myself.
Thank you so much for this- it really resonated with me, as a women who was diagnosed late in life. I’m new to Substack and wrote about my experiences in my first (and so far only) post. Many of my experiences parallel what you’ve written. ❤️
